This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The nature of what you are buying

You are buying digital content delivered immediately. There is nothing to ship back and nothing we can un-send. Once the PDF is downloaded or the course dashboard is opened, you have the whole product.

That reality shapes everything below, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

2. Your statutory withdrawal right, and how it is affected

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or a country with an equivalent distance-selling right

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be lost — but only where strict conditions are met, and we build all of them into the purchase:

If you are in the EU, Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive requires three things:

  1. performance has begun;
  2. you gave prior express consent to it beginning during the 14-day period;
  3. you acknowledged that you thereby lose the right; and
  4. we sent you confirmation of the contract on a durable medium — your confirmation email, which restates these terms.

If you are in the UK, regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 works slightly differently: your express consent and acknowledgement, followed by supply beginning, are what end the right. Our confirmation email is not a precondition there — but if we failed to send you the required confirmation, you would bear no cost for content already supplied.

At checkout you must actively tick a box giving that consent and acknowledgement. It is not pre-ticked, and you cannot pay without it. We record it against your order and repeat it in your confirmation email.

If you did not give that consent, or we failed to record it, your 14-day withdrawal right stands in full and we will refund you on request within that window. If you think that applies to you, say so and we will check our records rather than argue.

If you are elsewhere

Many countries have no equivalent statutory right for digital goods. Our voluntary policy below applies to you regardless.

3. Our voluntary refund window

Statutory rights aside, we offer a 14-day voluntary refund from the date of purchase, on these terms:

We will refund you if: - the Materials were not delivered, or the links did not work and we could not fix it; - you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount; - the product is materially different from what the sales page described; - you bought the wrong tier by mistake and tell us within 14 days — we will refund or move you to the right one.

We will not normally refund because: - you have read the guide or watched the course and changed your mind about its value; - you placed trades using the method and lost money — see the Risk Disclaimer; - you expected signals, personal coaching, a guaranteed return, or anything else we expressly say we do not provide; - you did not use it.

Abuse. Where there is clear evidence of bad faith — for example downloading everything and requesting a refund within minutes, repeat refund requests across purchases, or refund requests alongside redistribution of the Materials — we may decline, and we may terminate access.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@candletrapmethod.online with the address you bought with, your order reference, and what went wrong. One or two lines is enough.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days; that final leg is out of our hands.

If we decline, we will tell you why in writing, and you can ask us to look again.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always sort it out faster than your bank will.

Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your access being suspended while the dispute runs. This does not remove any legal right you have to dispute a payment; it is simply a request that you try us first.

6. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund, reply to our decision and ask for it to be escalated. Consumers in some countries also have access to an alternative dispute resolution or ombudsman scheme, and nothing here prevents you from using it or from exercising any non-excludable statutory right.
